2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name/company, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
- B2B contact request: company name, contact person, email, phone, channel, district and message.
- Open job applications: name, email, phone, area of interest, CV and cover message.
- Technical data: for security reasons, our server logs technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser).
We only ask for the data needed for each purpose. Fields marked as required are necessary for us to answer your request.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering information requests and sales enquiries — consent and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Managing recruitment — the applicant's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure — Dalifal's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations that apply to Dalifal (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Retention
- Contact and B2B requests: 2 years after the last contact.
- Job applications: 12 months after receipt, unless you consent to a longer period.
- Server technical logs: only as long as strictly needed for website security.
After that period, data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Where data is kept and who it is shared with
This website is hosted on Dalifal's own server. Data is only accessed by staff who need it to answer your request or manage your application. It may also be disclosed to service providers acting on Dalifal's behalf (for example email or IT maintenance services) under contracts that protect it, and to the authorities where required by law. We do not sell or share personal data for third-party marketing.
This website includes third-party content — the Google Maps embed on the Contacts page and the typeface loaded from an external service — which may collect technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights, email apoio.clientes@neutura.pt. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, unauthorised access or disclosure.
